The Juniors have been very busy over the summer months.

Congratulations to Ellie Haughton and Tilly Garfoot.  

Ellie retained the U18 trophy from last year (81 + 75 = 156) whilst Tilly took the U16 title (76 + 80 = 156) - another great result for Lincolnshire.

Well done to Ellise Rymer also who finished 4th in the U14 category (81 + 81 = 162)

Girls from Lincolnshire, Leicestershire & Rutland, Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire came together to play in the Four Counties Girls Championships at The Leicestershire on Sunday 16th September.

It was another great day for Lincolnshire and those in the prizes were:-

       Under 16 Gross WINNER - Tilly Garfoot (77)

       9 Hole WINNER - Livia Piner (20 points)

       Scratch Team WINNERS - Ellie Haughton, Tilly Garfoot,

       Tilly Kedzlie

       Gross Team WINNERS - Tilly Garfoot, Tilly Kedzlie, Courtney Maryland

Well done to all the girls. 

The handicap league final was played on Wednesday 12th September between Elsham ‘B‘ and Toft Hotel at South Kyme.

It was a lovely day and perfect weather for golf. The teams drew at 2 games all after some exciting matchplay.

To resolve the draw there was a 'sudden death' playoff between the first pairs which was won by Toft Hotel on the 1st hole.

Well done to all players for reaching the final.

They did it...the team of Angela, Tracey, Keith and Les carried off the title, for Lincolnshire, for the third year in a row!!!

First out again, the team returned a seemingly very modest score of 79 pts but some 4 hours later it was still at the top of the leaderboard albeit on a count back from BB&O...nevertheless the title had been retained

Many thanks to the team members who, similar to last years team, had to overcome the worst of the days weather conditions....

The final of the Scratch league was played on Wednesday 5th September at Holme Hall Golf Club.

Congratulations to Greetham Valley on winning the title, defeating Woodhall Spa 2 -1.

Well played both teams on reaching the final.

Handicap League - the final between Elsham 'B' and Toft Hotel is on Wednesday 12th September at South Kyme Golf Club, tee off 11.00.
