The Lincolnshire Girls Golf Squad (LGGS) are looking for a

Volunteer Junior Co-Ordinator

To lead and co-ordinate the Lincolnshire Girls Golf Squad Programme, and its dedicated team of volunteers.

The ideal person will have a desire to promote junior golf within Lincolnshire, have a good rapport with junior girls of all ages up to 18 years old, and follow the LGGS four point mission of Inspiration, Motivation, Passion and Success.

You will have good interpersonal skills needed to build a strong relationship with parents, PGA Professionals and coaches. 

The LWGA Executive Committee meets quarterly and you will be asked to produce an update on the Junior Programme for each meeting.  You will also liaise with the Junior Co-ordinator of the LUGC and work with England Golf and the Golf Foundation, attending 2 or 3 meetings per year.

This is an ideal time to join a thriving section that has already been recognised in the England Golf Awards for its forward thinking and ambition.

Full support will be given and out of pocket expenses will be met by the LWGA, along with an annual Honorarium
