Lincolnshire Women's Golf Association
Following the latest government directives regarding the Covid-19 virus, the LWGA Officers have agreed a policy going forward. Our number one County priority remains the safety and wellbeing of our county golfers, clubs and volunteers.
As a County we have a duty of care, through the County's Safeguarding Policty and Safeguarding Adults Policy, to all our members. We therefore agreed at our "virtual" Executive Meeting on Monday 6th April 2020 to:
- Postpone all County matches, County competitions, County coaching at all levels and face to face County Executive Meetings until the week commencing 27th July 2020, in line with the England Golf Statement of 2nd April 2020, which recommends the postponements of all county and regional competitions at this time.
The LWGA hope the remainder of our annual events will take place and we will keep you updated on any decisions made.
